All orders placed on bondedblush.com are eligible for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom — no hidden fees.

Order Processing Time

  1. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
  2. Please note that processing does not include weekends or public holidays.
  3. Orders placed after 4 PM (GMT+1) will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing & Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it enters our automated fulfillment system immediately to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

  • Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be cancelled, as shipping is fully automated.
  • If your order is already in transit, our support team will guide you on the next steps after delivery, where applicable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change your product, please place a new order and return the original item if eligible under our returns policy.
