Shipping
1. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, BondedBlush only offers shipping within the United Kingdom.
2. How long does shipping take?
Our standard shipping process includes the following timeframes:
- Processing Time: 1–4 business days
- Shipping Time: 5–12 business days
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
This allows you to monitor your shipment and stay updated on its delivery status every step of the way.
Order Management
1. Can I cancel my order?
You can request to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it.
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll issue a full refund. If it has already been processed or shipped, a partial refund may apply.
